then after sch gt badminton trainin.. then need to run lor.. sian.. then the whole trainin quite high ba.. haha.. then after trainin sit at the stage they see them play.. then lie down n tryin to sleep.. but not comfortable.. cannot sleep.. then now everywhere oso pain.. tired.. sad.. then the show cannot make it lah.. cannot compare wif the AMI ar.. otherwise cry ar.. haha.. anyway.. take care all..
